Our Mission

Reaching Boys, Teaching Boys (RBB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering boys to reach their full potential and become responsible, productive, and compassionate members of society. We believe that all boys have the potential to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our goal is to provide boys with the guidance, support, and opportunities they need to develop into healthy, successful young men.

RBB's programs are designed to address the unique needs of boys at all stages of development, from elementary school to college. We offer a variety of programs, including mentoring, leadership development, social-emotional learning, and community engagement.

Our Impact

Since our founding in 1995, RBB has reached over 100,000 boys in the Greater Boston area. Our programs have been shown to have a positive impact on boys' lives, including:
